Sit on the machine and push the weight up using your legs until they are straight. Targets the front thigh muscles (quadriceps).

Place one foot behind you on a bench and hold dumbbells, lower your body down by bending the front knee. Targets the front and back thigh muscles (quadriceps and hamstrings) and the glutes.
Seated leg curl machine
Sit on the machine and press down using your legs until your knees are bent. Targets the back thigh muscles (hamstrings).

Sit on the machine and place your feet on the platform, push the weight up by extending your legs. Targets the front and back thigh muscles (quadriceps and hamstrings) and the glutes.

Stand in the machine with your shoulders under the pads, lower your body down by bending the knees. Targets the front thigh muscles and the glutes.
Standing calf raises machine
Stand on the platform of the machine and raise your heels up as high as you can, then lower slowly. Targets the calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus).
